For the purposes of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”), Adventum International Ltd, in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager (the “AIFM”), does not consider principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors at entity level. Notwithstanding the above, the AIFM does consider principal adverse impacts at product level in respect of financial products that promote environmental or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of SFDR. In particular, principal adverse impacts are considered for the Adventum Industrial Fund, an Article 8 sub-fund of Adventum Central Europe NAIF SICAV p.l.c., in accordance with the applicable SFDR requirements and regulatory technical standards.
Sustainability risks, as defined under Article 2(22) of SFDR, are integrated into the AIFM’s investment decision-making process and ongoing asset management activities. The AIFM’s Remuneration Policy requires individuals responsible for investment decisions to take sustainability risks into account and to perform continuous monitoring of such risks in relation to each investment. Failure to appropriately identify or manage relevant sustainability risks may result in the reduction or forfeiture of variable remuneration, in line with the Remuneration Policy.
