Poznan Financial Center

PFC with its 18,591 sq m GLA is located in the city of Poznan, the administrative capital of Wielkopolska voivodship. Poznan hosts 1.1 million inhabitants, including the suburban areas and belongs to the largest academic centres in Poland with 25 higher education institutions and ca. 120,000 students.
PFC is nested in the heart of the city, at the edge of the old town and next to the renowned Stary Browar shopping center. The location is considered to be the most popular office area within Poznan.
PFC was developed in 2001 by the international Von der Heyden Group, with the anchor tenant, BZ WBK (Santander) leasing 13,710 sq m. The 15+2 story property encompassed the most modern technology of the time and 17 year after its development, the building is still ranked comfortably among the class A office buildings.

Renaissance Plaza

Renaissance Plaza is located in the Wola district of Warsaw, the administrative capital of Poland. With its 3.1 million inhabitants, including the metro areas, it is the largest city in Central and Eastern Europe.
The 9,830.93 sq m REN was developed in 1998 by ApolloRida, the subsidiary of the US Rida Development Corporation. The project is composed of a 7-storey class B office building, the adjacent 6 story parking house and a prospective development plot owned by the municipality. The office building was modernized in 2016.

Katowice Business Point

KBP is located in the city of Katowice, the administrative capital of Silesia voivodship. The city hosts 300,000 inhabitants and is the center of CEE’s largest urban areas accommodating 3 million inhabitants. 
KBP was developed in 2010 by Ghelamco as their flagship project in Katowice, with Tauron Polska Energia SA headquartering the building. Centrum Orlat is located in Wroclaw, the administrative capital of Lower Silesia voivodship and the 4th largest city in Poland. Wroclaw is the 2nd wealthiest city in Poland after Warsaw and home to a number of international manufacturing and service firms (i.e. BSH , Volvo, HP, IBM, Google, McKinsey, Volvo). With its established real estate market of 906,000 sq m of modern office space, Wroclaw is the 3rd largest office center in Poland after Warsaw and Krakow. 
Centrum Orlat is located in the heart of the Old Town, along the Pilsudskiego ring road and a short walk to the 13th century Market Square and St. Elizabeth’s Basilica. The location is well connected to the nearby Central Railway station and Poland’s most modern shopping center, Wroclawia. The office building with its distinctive glass façade was developed in 2002 and for over the last 10 years it has dominated the vicinity of Plac Orlat Lwowskich. Hermes Business Campus (HCB) is located in the Dimitrie Pompeiu submarket of the city of Bucharest, the capital of Romania. The city hosts 1.9 million inhabitants, with 300,000+ students and is the economic and administrative centre of the 20 million inhabitant country.

The property is strategically located in the 2nd largest and back-office hub of the city, accommodating BPO, ITO, software development, research and shared service centers companies.

The CBD is only ca. 15-30 minutes’ drive away from the Asset while in the opposite direction, the airport can be reached in ca. 15-20 minutes. The Asset enjoys excellent visibility from all directions including the airport express way.

Due to its strategic location KÖKI attracts one of the highest footfalls amongst the shopping centers in Budapest and the CEE countries. The annual visitor number has increased dramatically since its opening and stands at around 19 million equating to roughly 52,600 people a day by the end of 2017. The Asset offers 61,900+ sq m of retail area, which puts KÖKI in the top 3 centers in the country in terms of size.
